Hell's Kitchen Episode 11----Season Finale Part II 8/13/07
Will it be Rock or Bonnie?
Synopsis:
In the third-season finale, tempers flare as the two finalists prepare one last dinner service at Hell's Kitchen before Chef Ramsay picks a winner, who earns a job running a restaurant at a Las Vegas casino-resort.

The synopsis is really basic and doesn't even remotely give away anything....so I left it open.

I don't think the comment about her job means much. If they had Rock or Bonnie quit their jobs and move to Vegas right after taping, the winner wouldn't be much of a surprise. I'd expect them to send the winning (and losing) chef back to their original jobs for a few months until the finale aired. That's also another stick to waive in case the winner spills the beans too early (part of the confidentiality agreement could state that if they divulge the winner, they forfeit their winnings).

Meh. I think the season was better than the conclusion.
Overall I think it ran too long. One thing that I find this show could improve on is the editing. I find it hard to believe they are only left with perhaps 25 minutes of fresh material per episode, with 20 minutes of "last time on" and recap of the previous x minute segment. Than that the droll voice of the voice over guy.
I'd like to see a revamp for next year, but I doubt we'd get anything of significance. The first series of the UK version only took place over two weeks and was based on audience voting ala Idol, etc. I think that would put a lot more energy into the show and ramp up viewership.
