What are some good 2-3 Disc sets?

I have been on a buying kick lately. In the past few weeks I have bought many 2 or 3 disc limited/special editions. Even some that are not my favorite movies (Pearl Harbor - 4 disc set). I just like the idea of learning more about the movie or the history behind the story. I also like blockbuster movies for some reason.

What are some good ones I may have passed over or have not seen yet? Recently I bought Windtalkers, Black Hawk Down, War of the Worlds, the Sixth Sense, Saving Private Ryan and of course Pearl Harbor. I have many that came out a long time ago; Independence Day, Fight Club, Seven, Unbreakable, the Rock and of course Armageddon.

Are there any that are obscure or some I should have thought of? Thanks for the help.

In theory, any movie that generated enough interest that it was re-released as a multi-disc set is worth a look. I sometimes go to Columbia House or Amazon and search for 'special edition' (or anniversary edition, etc.) to jog my memory on what's out there.

Thanks for all the feedback. There were some I had and some I have no desire for. I will check out all the ones I don't know much about.

If you're a Kevin Smith fan, there's always the 3-Disc Clerks X: 10th Anniversary Edition.

I gotta say, in cases of movies like Gladitor, there are times when I didn't think the movie was all that great but the features were so extensive that they became more interesting than the actual film itself and in a way justifying ownership of a 3 or 4 disc set edition.
