Has Eraserhead gone out of print already?

DD and DVDPlanet list them as discontinued. Is this true? Can you still purchase the collector's edition off Lynch's site?

It was only supposed to be a limited release in stores, so would imagine those are getting scarce but it is still available through his website.

I just bought a copy recently from Amazon, and it shipped. If it's OOP, it's a brand new development.

Don't know about the status of the stand-alone release, but the collector's version packaged with a collectible booklet in a special box is available un-signed or signed by Lynch (signed drives up the price about $50) at Davidlynch.com. They also offer a 2-pack of Eraserhead and The Short Films of D.L., also in a special box and with booklets for both. They don't seem to offer the standard release, making me suspect it's now oop.
