Alternatives to DVDaficionado?

I tried searching for this topic since I'm sure it's been brought up but had trouble figuring out good search terms. I don't want a program, I want a website. I am hoping for something that is a lot like the old DVDaf, I'm not too thrilled with the new look. We'll see if when the thing is up and running you can tweak it a little, but I'm wondering what else is out there.

As a former DVDAficionado user, I'm casting another vote for DVDSpot.

I'm not real happy with the new DVDAficionado either. Yet another vote for DVDSpot.

I actually like the new DVDAF. DVDSpot is ok but not as good as DVDAF.

DVDspot is working out for me, although it's a real pain to do every title individually.

Still, don't let that stop you from posting more suggestions.

Wow. This new site is fucking lame. Where's the My Collection Home where I can see the total number of DVDs I own? (I separated my DVDs into folders by decade when I had too many to see on one page on DVDAF 1.0) Now Home is some bullshit page and DVDs are displayed on multiple pages. When I go to collection statistics it goes to the same bullshit home page. Doesn't anyone believe in the old "if its not broken don't make it retarded" saying?

You said it best, I agree it's pretty lame, I just wish I didn't have to click on the multiple pages just to view the dvds, I personally prefer the old layout over this.
However, it's a free service and I will still use it.

The beauty and thrill of scrolling down your collection on a single page is no longer.

I gave up on DVDaficianado when I had to start making seperate folders because I couldn't put more than 500 titles in one. Been using DVD Spot since and really like it.

Definitely not liking the 50 title per page limit. I had pretty much switched to DVDSpot anyway already.

You have to "migrate" it from the old site. You should see an option for it.

I tried DVD Spot, but for every title they wanna know when and where you bought it, like I'm supposed to remember. I went with DVD Aficionado instead, but I'm not too happy with it either.

The new DVDaf is so bad, that I have lost the will to even inventory my DVD collection.

The worst part about DVDAF is that the guy who runs it has a bunch of ass-kissers around him, who won't tell him the truth - that DVDAF 2.0 sucks the big one.

^or just use the Quick Add option from the drop down which bypasses the whole customize page.

I find DVD Spot more appealing now. Plus I submitted an artwork correction for The Searchers UE last week to DVDAF because the picture is at an angle, showing the spine instead of just the cover. I was told "they like the 3-D look" of how it is now. This despite almost all their other non-boxset DVDs having just the cover shown, including the new UE of Rio Bravo which is packaged nearly identical to The Searchers. Consistency and flexibility is a big plus when dealing with large amounts of borderline obsessive DVD collectors.

I too left DVD Aficianado high and dry once i went over 500. It is very non-user friendly. I shouldn't be forced to separate my dvd's into folders.

Switched over to DVD Spot and haven't looked back. So much better.

Loved the old DVD AF, don't care for the new version so far.
Unfortunately I don't care for what I see of DVD Spot either.
