Can you connect a 360 Elite via HDMI to a LCD monitor?
Here is what I am thinking of doing. I want to get a 360 Elite, you know, to keep me busy here but I don't want to connect it to my little dinky TV. I don't want to buy a big TV, because I won't be able to send it home. Also, my monitor on my laptop is going, so I wanted an external monitor. So, I was thinking something like:

Question # 2:
Can I also get a monitor with a DVI input and a HDMI-DVI connector for my setup?
I have been looking around, but I have not seen anything yet that states in black and white that the new Elite model is not HDCP compliant.
I am wondering all this because I want to know if HDCP is going to block me from doing anything I wanted to.

You might be able to get a HDMI>>DVI adpater and then connect it to your LCD monitor. Just remember DVI doesn't carry an audio signal so you'll probably need to use the optical audio input, if it's even available on the Elite.
