Any experiences with Warner Home Video online store customer service?
I made an order on WHV's online store last week. This week I decided I wanted to cancel the order, and I found that there's no direct way to do it through the site. The FAQ advises you to email the customer service department, which I did on Monday. I got a generic auto response that day, but I still haven't gotten an actual response from them. Today I sent a second email and got the same auto reply. They haven't actually charged my card yet since it's a pre-order, so I can't refuse the charge through my CC company. Has anyone had any experiences (good or bad) with WHV's customer service people? There's no phone number on the FAQ so I'm unsure what steps to take next.

Okay, so there is a phone number on the FAQ, just not where I initially looked. In case anyone else needs it, here it is:
(800) 364-6928
I'll call tomorrow since I still haven't gotten an email response. I'm still curious to hear if anyone else has ever had to cancel a WB online store order or has dealt with their customer service people.
