I don't think there are any plans for a sequel due to lack of interest from the public.

It's a shame too, this was my turn based strategy fix for the Xbox and I really enjoyed it.

...can anyone recommend something similar for the (old) xbox? not necessarily gladiator themed, but something turn based, that is not so rediculously confusing to play?? I like SIMPLE turned based games like this..

While I liked the first one, I think it would have done better on a handheld. I like more action-oriented, real-time games on my consoles, and think the turn-based games are better for gaming on the go.

I was also a big fan of Gladius - and i love turned based games in general.

I even bought Gladius as soon as it was released and paid full price for the thing - and enjoyed every minute - even though the price for the game quickly plummeted due to the aforementioned lack of interest in the general public.
