I just bought city of villains at best buy, it was 10 bucks, it says on the box first month of play included. I go home and install it and after I do that it says I have to create an account then tells me it needs my credit card and that they charge one month in advance. But if I can cancel before my one month trial is over and then my money will be refunded.

What the hell is with this bullshit? The box says right on it first month of play included, it doesn't say they charge you on the box? Warcraft doesn't pull this crap? Has anyone gone through this before?

I'm going to go to the store and try to return it tommarrow, but I don't know if they'll let me because its opened.

For those that have played it, anyone know if there is a way to play that I'm missing that doesn't charge me?

It's been a while since I played the game, but when I did they didn't charge me until my free month was over. Perhaps their policy has changed.
