300 in IMAX vs RealD 3d?? anyone know the difference?
I saw monster house with 3d glasses in realD, and have seen films in imax (and superman in imax with that 3d options as well)..
just wondering, I notice Colossus in Toronto has 300 playing in all 3 -- normal, imax, and realD...
But I can't find info on the realD version online.
IS it fully 3D with glasses?
Regards,
Sanjay

That's the first I've heard it playing on RealD, maybe they meant DLP?

The DLP print I saw did have a haze of grain to it, but I would think that was intentional on the Director/DP's 'creative' decision.
