$7.50 Superman Returns/Taledega Nights YMMV

Wife called from Walmart in Inverness, FL and said they had Superman Returns or Taledega Nights marked down to $7.50. YMMV.

Same at the Wal-Mart at 1604@281. Seems like they never have the deals I've seen in this forum.

Taledega Nights was marked down to $10 at my Walmart. Superman Returns still rang up full price.

interesting...

perhaps your wife you saw it and assumed it was $7.50 but it may have just been in the wrong area. now if she actually purchased it then i dont know. i'd buy them for that price, just not for $20 a piece.

I'm sure that it was $7.50 at her location. There was actually a thread posted last month where these two titles were ringing up for $5 each at the OP's Wal*Mart. A Wal*Mart employee posted in that thread that these two titles are not returnable to the manufacturer, so certain locations are just trying to dump excess stock.

BTW, both of these titles are now available as enrollment selections for Columbia House fans.
