I've been thinking about a movie recently that I remember seeing on Showtime or HBO sometime around 1981 to 1983 or so when I was an adolescent. Sadly, I can't remember the title, and can only recall one scene in this flick that really stuck in my mind to cause me to remember the movie from time to time many years later. Here's the scene that I remember:

An overweight and kinda dirty looking middle aged man is in his car (a station wagon if I recall correctly) in a seedy part of town. With him in the car is an attractive young woman who I think is a hooker. I recall her having long blond hair with curls in it.

The dirty looking dude is all excited and happy as it appears he's about to get it on with the pretty blond lady. As the woman moves in closer to him to give him a kiss, she produces a razor blade between her teeth that she had hidden in her mouth.

The camera scene then changes so that you don't actually see the guy getting his throat or face cut. You just hear him scream as you're watching the scene as if your looking at the car from standing outside it.

Can anyone help me recall the title of this movie based on that one scene that's been stuck in my head for the past 25 or so years?
