The Three Stooges Complete set?

Is there any word of a potential box set containing all 190 shorts?

There was a rumor brewing over at the Home Theater Forum that Sony was preparing to release the Stooges shorts in box sets & in chronological order.

That was like a year ago and we haven't seen anything yet. It's all conjecture for now.

I dont see why the Stooges in a box set hasnt been released yet, i dont see how anyone who loves their shorts wouldnt buy it...

I've found quite a few sets with 5-6 shorts in each one but they've already been released countless times before and quite frankly its just not the same as what i am talking about...

There are several people posting at HTF that confirm that chronological sets with extras are in the works, but there's no word of a release date.

Just a question, What's the short when they hypnotize Moe and he say's I am now in Sing Sing and Larry say's good that's just where he belongs. What short is that and is it released. I'd like to get that one but don't know which dvd it's on if it's released.

Do they show the one where they meet the mummy on t.v.
I heard this one is rare and I haven't seen it on t.v. since the 1960's.

I hope this happens one day soon. My brothers and I grew up with the Stooges.

Aren't there a couple of episodes that got "banned". I remember one was the one where Curly was climbing a pole with spikes, and the spikes were going into someone's eyes below him.

[Col. Flagg]I watched the Three Stooges for 100 hours. Every time I felt like laughing, I stabbed myself in the stomach with a cattle prod.[/Col. Flagg]

I'll buy all the Curly ones. I always bust a gut watching those. Shemp is OK but I probably wouldn't get them. The ones with Curly Joe are pretty unwatchable. They were getting too old for the slapstick of the early ones so not that funny to me.

Agree with you on the curly episodes those are definately must haves, but i also wouldn't mind having the shemp episodes, now curly joe i'm with you all the way, very unwatchable, to me they just weren't funny.
