Is There Such Thing As Oop Database

I'm wondering if there is such a things as OOP (Out-of-Print) DVD database. I've googled and only found one site, but it doesn't list much. Please post any oop sites or places to find out about this. Thanks.
PS-Please move it to a different forum if this is where my subject matter does not belong.
