Enter the Dragon - Limited Edition Collector's Set
The Good,The Bad,and The Ugly-Special Edition

If you bought Sin City (the original release) at CC they gave a pack of 5 mini-posters.
I assume you mean posters that would fit in the dvd case (approximately) and not lithos like CC gave out for the Star Wars limited editions, or The Incredibles at BB.

I'm not gonna bother typing them all, but if you search on Amazon for "Limited Edition Collector's Set" you'll get a bunch of those Warner sets that had lobby cards. There's at least a Blazing Saddles set in addition to what you already mentioned.

Simpsons Season 9 includes postcards of Simpsons characters in musical album type artwork, very cool.

Also, The Departed Steelbook edition (exclusive at BB and Futureshop) has 4 mini-posters.

Well, I'm not exactly sure what would qualify, but the following had one-sided inserts that were thicker than the average chapter list, and featured original poster art:

Nuns on the Run
Clockwise
Black Moon Rising

...plus the Deluxe Edition of Spider-Man 2 came with a few postcards, and there was some film I can't remember that came with a couple of miniature promo stills. I think it was one of the Men In Black films, does that ring a bell with anyone?

The Limited Collector's Edition of Cinema Paradiso and one of the foreign releases of 2046 come to mind.

Looks like whoever did it realized their gaffe and deleted the post, but I wanted to say for the record that I never claimed any of the titles I listed were anamorphic, and the OP never mentioned that as a criterion (yes, that's where the name came from). What I'm referring to is that someone came in here a while back and said "yeah, but title x is not anamorphic", or something to that effect. Really hung up on that around here, aren't we?
