Most websites are not going to use COD. You might have some luck with eBay, however, but you'll pay through the nose for the "convenience".

I agree. COD is no longer an option. I haven't seen it advertised anywhere. I think the US Postal Service gave it up years ago because they didn't want their carriers getting mugged on foot routes for the cash from COD deliveries.

Perhaps it is different in Canada, but I can pretty firmly guess that no American company will ship COD to another country - getting two country's postal services to exchange money (and foreign currency exchanges at that)? Not bloody likely!
