16-Ton Monty Python DVD Megaset for *$47.96 at A&E

I don't know how great a deal this is with all the offers that have been out lately, but thought I would share it with Monty Python fans. Sorry if it's already been posted... did a search and didn't see anything.

Monty Python 16-Ton DVD Megaset

*this price requires use of a 20% off email plus the free shipping code EPRDAY (thanks to the poster who mentioned this in another thread)

You may have to re-enter it a couple of times. It didn't work for me the first time either.

I've got a question. Is the EPRDAY code the 20% off and free shipping code? Or is it just the free shipping code? Thanks.

I'm sorry... I should have been clearer. EPRDAY is for free shipping and can be used with the 20% off.

A&E sent out a 20% off email that's good until 3/31 to pretty much anyone who has ever signed up with them before. The 20% off is linked directly through the email. If you've ever purchased from them or registered on their website, just check whatever email addy you used... it's probably on there...

FYI:

This set was $49.99 over the after Christmas A&E blowout. During that time, if you spent $100 with a MasterCard, you would also be sent a $25 gift cert for future purchases and shipping was only $1 for everything. Moreover, since you did not have to use the 20% off link, you could enter thru any portal you had wanted to do so. During that time, FW was offering a 9% cash back for going thru their portal.

So, the above is not a bad deal by any means, but I just wanted to put it into context with a recent sale. On the other hand, since I am quite new to the DVD scene, I do not know how often A&E has such sales as the one I have mentioned above.
