Robert Mitchum Collection $28.46 at Sams

YMMV (Price might vary too), but the new Mitchum set was mixed in with some set price drops (methinks - Tracey & Hepburn & Liz Taylor sets I recall) for $28.46 at my Temple, TX club. Good deal IMHO since it starts at $40 online. Good hunting.

Yup, contains Angel Face, Macao, Home from the Hill, The Sundowners, The Good Guys and the Bad Guys, and Yakuza. As well as the TCM Private Screenings with Russell & Mitchum (veddy good show as I recall).

I couldn't find this at Costco. I'm sure it will show up there sooner or later, and probably at least this cheap, one way or another - but not right now.

I didn't preorder this precisely because I'm expecting it to show up cheaper at Costco one of these days.

'Tis true. I guess it does pay to wait. If I knew about all those $19 sets (McQueen, Errol Flynn etc.) that showed up at Sams in the past, I'd have waited and not gotten them around street date .
