Which is better? Excite Truck or Carbon: Need For Speed for the Wii
Hi There,
I've had the Wii since the day after Christmas and enjoy playing games on it along with my 10 year old. So far, I only have Rayman, Super Monkey Ball, Zelda (yet to be played) and of course Wii Sports. I'm unsure as to whether Excite Truck or Carbon: Need For Speed is the better racing game.
While I'm currently renting Excite Truck and am for the most part enjoying it, using the Wii remote will take some time and patience. My local BB doesn't have Carbon: Need For Speed for rent. What's your opinion on the better game?...or maybe I should purchase both? I welcome your input.

I've played both.
Neither racing game is particularly outstanding, but Excite Truck is much more entertaining and accessible. Carbon's control sensitivity is utterly ridiculous, the storyline stinks, the framerate is a stuttering mess, and the multiplayer options are subpar.

I agree with Flay that NFS Carbon is definitely not worth buying. I found it to be incredibly frustrating...particularly the control sensitivity. While Excite Truck isn't particularly deep, I am enjoying the hell out of it.
