Just go with the Microsoft wireless headset. It's really comfortable and not bulky at all. You might get a little static from time to time but that's really not too much of an issue.

In terms of comfort, size, and quality, I love my motorola NFL head coach styled headset. I can't stand the tiny, frail headsets that are out there, and I don't really need wireless. The NFL headset is sturdy and comfortable, good volume control and voice recognition. It's a bit pricey, but well worth it for me. Then again, I've got a pretty big head too
