I just picked up Season 2 of Boston Legal at my Costco for $31.49 and saw seasons of 24 for the same price. So $10 off of those prices would be a great deal.

I wish I had known about this earlier since I then would have held off on Boston Legal to use this coupon. Does anyone know if Costco would give me a price adjustment?

Damn, I got That 70's Show S5, but I didn't even know 6 was out yet, let alone at this price at Costco. Oh well, back to the store I go.

Season 6 is not out yet -- in fact I don't think it has even been announced yet.

Sorry, my mistake...I meant 1-5

Funny thing is I also stopped in at the local Suncoast and they were running a BOGO on TV sets at 'That 70's Show' was included, but they were $49.99 each How that store survives I'll never know

Sounds like B&N prices for their "sale" as well.

I imagine that the suncoasts will be closing real soon. Being part of the sam goody/on cue/media play/musicland group, and as far as i know all those stores are closed. At least around me they are. Was real surprised to see a suncoast still open in indiana last week. So surprised that i walked in expecting to see some deep discounts and a going out of business sale. But, alas, everything seemed to be msrp. oh well.

I actually get to shop at one here (a Suncoast) in Cincy this afternoon; I received a mall GC for Christmas and don't really have anywhere else there that I'm interested in.

So, I know I'm going to get raped, but at least it's not my money being spent . . .

Did you try and see if a friend or family member will give you cash for it? That's what I did last Christmas when I got a GC for the mall back home that I wasn't going to use.

Probably not. But they will definately let you return it. If you already opened it, just rebuy another (atthe coupon price and return it with the reciept of the opened one).

The ones out here in Hawaii are, too. For how much longer, who knows...maybe they'll go the way of Tower? As far as their pricing goes, yeah it usually sucks, but last year I got 3 copies of Boomerang (1945), which was released in the Fox Film Noir series, then announced as "we're not going to release it", so it's a fairly rare item. Also found Fletch (1988) for $9.98, which I've seen go for as high as $60 on eBay. So sometimes (not usually) it's worthwhile to see what they've got. Never know what you'll find!

You don't even need to do that. I've returned opened DVDs to Costco in the past and they have always given me a full refund. BTW, Costco does have a price adjustment period(I believe that it's either 14 days or 30 days-I can't remember).

You should have no problem whatsoever getting a price adjustment, just bring the receipt. If they do balk just repurchase it on sale, then turn around and return what you just bought, but use the older receipt, I've done this many times. Plus, it's Costco... they want to keep you a happy due paying member, so don't sweat it.

I live in Seattle, and the Suncoast at a nearby mall was going out of business some time ago. They had everything at 70% off at one point. Seinfeld DVDs were going for about 10 bucks. I also picked myself up the Undeclared Set for about $20. That is the only time I have ever bought something from a Suncoast, seeing as the new release DVDs are always $30. Hopefully one near you will close soon

True, but no sense screwing them with an opened DVD that they can't resell.

Well, the $10 coupon is good for all 5 season of 24. They have seasons 1-4 marked at $31.49, so they can be had for $21.49 each. Season 5 was $35.xx.

Earl, Boston Legal, Prison Break were also $31.49

The SG-1 sets they had were different Item #s than the coupon has on it. They were slim-case sets. Maybe the coupon is for earlier digi-pak versions(?)

Also, the coupon is good on Bones S1, which was marked $29.99.

For some reason, when I read the title of this thread, I thought it was for actual television sets on sale for $16.99 as opposed to tv on dvd sets. ::
