The Simpsons' Mayor Quimby is an obvious tribute to former President John F. Kennedy (or former Senator Bobby Kennedy), and he's always good for a laugh.
I think every supporting character on The Simpsons has had an episode dedicated to them, but I don't recall one for the Mayor. Has there been?

I don't think he has. His episode with the most screen time would either be "Mayored to the Mob" (where Homer becomes his bodyguard) or "Sideshow Bob Roberts" (where Sideshow Bob runs for mayor against him).

It's certainly a Quimby-heavy episode.
