Which New Year's Eve countdown are you watching

Well. its that time of year again and for those of us stuck at home, we get to choose from one of the many New Year's Eve shows with a bunch of todays acts that many of you have probably never heard of
Here's the rundown
MTV Goes Gold: New Year's 2007 MTV
Hosts: the reg mtv vj's
Performers Gwen Stefani, Nas, Pussycat Dolls, Ciara, AFI, Chimillionaire, Lady Soverign, Three 6 Mafia
New Year's Eve Special (Fox)
Host: Cat Delay (host of So You Think You Can Dance)
Performers: Toni Braxton and Chris Daughtry
New Year's Eve with Carson Daly
Host Carson Daly
Performer: Panic At The Disco
Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin Eve (ABC)
Hosts: Dick Clark and Ryan Seacrest
Performers: NYC Christina Aguiliera, Rascal Flatts, cast of "Jersey Boys", Rihanna, Ludacris, KT Tunstall, in LA: Fergie (also host) Natasha Bedingfield, Meat Loaf RBD

Also, does anyone know if any of this will be in HD?
If your not watching any of them, pick the one you would watch based on performers

I'll be watching the Bears game and after that the Entourage marathon. I can't stand Carson Daily, Ryan Seacrest, and watching Dick Clark at this point is painful.

I'll watch the live countdown on Fox News Channel at 2000 PST from Times Square instead.

None of them. It kind of loses it's luster when you are working by yourself.

Of course, you neglect by far the best one: ¡Feliz 2007! on Univision. Guess I'll just vote "all of this is crap".

Garrison Keillor's New Year's Live from Nashville, with Emmylou Harris, Suzy Bogguss and many other great musicians.

Well, you gotta love ABC, they showed the entire thing in HD, and they let a few raunchy lyrics slip by the censor. And they didn't go over kill with the quick A.D.D cutting style. It was also nice to see female pop singers who can actually sing and carry a tune, and not lip synch it or just sing along to a background track.

Also, who was the female singer that sang with Meat Loaf for the second song he did.(or I think that was him, somewhat overweight guy with a high pitch voice?)

Watched Dick Clark for the first time in years. Looked and sounded like a corpse with a microphone. Not a pretty sight. Ryan Seacrest gets on my nerves but he was surprisingly reserved...making him *gasp* tolerable. No doubt, vying for the New Years gig full time once Dick checks out.

Saw a little bit of Dick and thought he sounded essentially the same as last year. I think if Dick were 20 years younger, he would stand a better chance of regaining his speech.

Oh god, they have to stop rolling Dick Clark out. He will always be the best but it's time.

I remember last year he was off while counting down, and a similar thing happened this year. It's just sad to see him struggling.

I realize Dick Clark may feel like he has something to prove with the stroke and all; but after hearing him last night, after not having heard him for years, I felt really bad for him. I mean this guy had a very long extremely successful career so he has nothing to prove.

It's too bad no one around him will tell him that it's ok to take it easy at this point in his life.

Watched Dick Clark just for 10 minutes to see the ball drop, then finished getting drunk and playing video games for the next 4 hours

Very, very sad and embarrassing. It's New Years Eve, for crying out loud. Depressing your viewers should not be on the schedule. Why not throw in some "Save the Children" ads and photos of gaunt and dying Africans while you're at it?
