Tvshowsondvd.com is reporting a rumor flying around that both 'Beverly Hills 90210' and 'Melrose Place' Season 2 DVDs will be available May 1st, 2007. No Specs/Extra/official news has been announced...

Yah!!! I have to say that I was a tiny bit considered about second-season releases due to the current season 1 sets kinda lack apparent sales (I havn't seen them in stores, and when I do the store only has a few copies), but I'm glad to see Paramount sticking through it for the fans!

I don't know, but I just finished season 2 of Melrose Place on Monday. I really want to watch the third season. I forgot how much I loved this show.

I hope they announce dates in relatively short order. When I think of not getting all the seasons of Melrose Place, I get all sad and panicy inside. I hope the finish them all up.

Judging from the time difference between the first and second season releases, I'd say they're on a typical 6 month schedule. I'm sure it would be quicker, as the Charmed seasons (also on Paramount) were about every 3 to 4 months - but you have to take into consideration that they have to go back and re-edit the sound for the changes in music they've had to make, which of course, takes more time to do.

Unofficial guess...earliest = September, latest = November of 2007.

6 were produced/aired, but only the first two are available on DVD and its looking highly unlikely that we'll ever get seasons 3-6 .
