"Speed Collector Pack" reissued?

"Speed Collector Pack" reissued?
Has the 3-disc Speed Collector Pack (Speed - Five Star Collection and Speed 2) been reissued? I thought it was OOP-- the original film has since been re-released in single-disc and 2-disc Award Series (Collector's Edition) variations-- but I seem to be witnessing a comeback, with a release date of May 2006. Or did it ever actually disappear?
And to those who have the Five Star Collection of Speed, does it come with an insert? Thank you.

Okay, can someone help me understand this:
First I find that the Speed Collector Pack was reissued in 2006. Looks the same as the previous release in 2002, and as far as I know, it's identical content-wise. (And I was sure the Five Star Collection of Speed had been out of print for years, but now Amazon is selling it again, brand new.)
Then I find that the soundtrack to Speed (the instrumental version) has also been reissued, in 2003. First released in 1994. Again, no apparent difference between them. Just a new copyright date. Amazon has entries for both, but only the 2003 is available for purchase.
My question becomes, do these things go out of print and then get republished with new dates? I have a thing about collecting the original releases of products like these, and if they're reissued with new dates, I like to be sure something wasn't changed.
