New Years Countdowns in Movies

Hi guys. I'm looking for a list of movies with New Years countdowns in them. One friend said When Harry Met Sally, another said maybe End of Days.

I'd prefer some horror movies, but any movies on DVD that you could suggest would be great.

There's a fantastic one in Cronos.

Based on the synopsis of New Year's Evil it sounds like there could be 3 or 4 countdowns here:

"During a New Year's Eve celebration, a punk-rock singer gets a phone call saying that when New Year's strikes in each time zone, someone will be murdered--and she will be the last one."

Four Rooms

I know it takes place on New Year's Eve, can't remember if the movie ever makes it to January 1st though.

Assault on Precinct 13 - The remake.

Trading Places - Took place right around/after Christmas, but I don't remember if there was an actual countdown moment.
