The OC "The Chrismukk-huh?" 12/14/06

I'm shocked that noone has started a thread about this episode. I thought it was an interesting take on "A Christmas Carol" if that was there intention. Again, I thought Taylor was the highlight of the episode. She is just so adorable and charming. So this episode got in 4.29M viewers. At least the show has gained almost 1 million viewers since that atrocious start in the season premiere. I'm wondering now when is the cut off time for FOX to order a full season. January is coming fast and I think time is running out for us getting more episodes.

Melinda Clarke keeps getting hotter and hotter, how is that possible?

I enjoyed the episode, but Ryan is so milque toast most of the time (except when he's beating up somebody). Taylor's presence almost always saves the scenes, and considering her beginnings on the show, it's quite a turnaround.

Thought it was more a spin on "It's A Wonderful Life" - where someone see's how everyone else's life would have turned out without them - than "A Christmas Carol", where I don't see any similarities at all. But maybe that's what you meant, and just got the titles mixed up?

Taylor definitely been the highlight of this whole season - and I agree with what Patman said, as I hated her character when she debuted on the show last year.

Your right I got my holiday movies mixed up. I agree about Taylor when she was introduced last season she annoyed the hell out of me. Now, I just adore her. Her bubbly personality and charm are making this an awesome season so far.

Another great episode this week. Glad to hear the numbers are increasing (if ever so slight).

I like the lines they give Kaitlin because Willa Holland usually nails the delivery. Her casting is pretty good considering that she really looks like she could be Julie Cooper's daughter. Just 2.5 more years and I can lust openly after Willa without lawful reprisals.

The term has been around for 4 season, and you're just now offended?

I'm sure it would offend Bill O'Reilly somehow.

No... I'm offended by people saying Merry Christmas instead of Happy Holidays.
