I thought this was a solid episode. The writing and directing have been top notch. I love the fact that after getting all the action and shootouts of the way in episodes 1 and 2 (the 2-hour pilot) the show is much more plot and character driven now.
Adam Baldwin is so good playing a slimeball prick. I thought the standoff was exciting, but too bad it paid very little dividends for Hopper.
Hopefully the show lives to see another week.

Yeah, this show is definitely getting better each week. Which means it will be cancelled shortly.
The day markers showed up again in this episode, with "Day 2" appearing on the second day and "Day 3" the third. Obviously this is just a way to tell the viewer how many times Hopper has woken up in any particular episode, but I'm not sure that they're needed.

I'm really enjoying this show, I love how little clues are starting to come together. This is a well written show, and Taye Diggs and Adam Baldwin are perfect in their roles.

I just saw this yesterday and this one so far, was the best episode yet. Loved the ending when Adam Baldwins character told him that just in case he was telling the truth, to look in his front seat for the crime file.
Nice touch!
