Any Way To Contact The Studio Who Makes "Homicide LOTS" DVDs?
I recently bought the complete Homicide box when DDD was having it's sale. Some of the dvds were badly damaged and they're shitty customer service people wouldn't send me replacements. Instead I had to return the box to them. After three and a half weeks of waiting I recieve the replacement and I still have three dvds that are badly damaged.
Is there a way to contact A&E or whatever studio is behind this show? Would they even care to give you a replacement? It sucks but I don't whant to risk having yet another defective box and have to wait another month to recieve it.

You can try contacting their retail/online customer service at http://store.aetv.com/html/custservice/cs02_1.jhtml
or 1-888-423-1212
Since this is their own retail outlet, they may not be able to help, but hopefully they may be able to provide you with a contact.
