does your blockbuster sell 360 games?

I got a $50 GC to blockbuster that I was going to use towards the purchase of a 360 game however I went to my local bb and they didn't sell any 360 games and said no bb does. I find this odd since the 360 has been out for a year now and they rent the games, why not sell them? So before I call BS and drive around, I wanted to get some input.
Thanks

yea, i think they had 3 titles, and 2 were sports games.

edit : what you could do is just rent a game and keep it until they make you buy it

Nope. No gamerush here in Boise, hardly any games to purchase at all.

I've seen a mix. Local BB has a GR, so that's new and used 360 games. One BB only sells used 360 games, while another doesn't sell them, nor do they rent out 360 games at all.

I drove to another anyway; same deal no 360 games. Not many games at all actually.
Crap, what am I going to do with this GC now? Really didn't want to use it for renting.

Make up a cool story about the GC and post it on ebay. I bet you could get $100 out of it if you story is cool enough.

I work at a blockbuster. You can go up to rent the game, and then on the receipt it will say "Own this game for xx.xx". You can buy it after that. It will be a rental copy, but if its a fairly new game, there shouldnt be too many scratches on it.

Good luck!

Yeah if you have a gamerush there are lots of good 360 game deals. I picked up Full Auto, Burnout Revenge, and Far Cry Predator for $20 each new.

The BB's around me are not gamerush. That leads into another question, Is there a list of all the GR locations or at least what state they are in?

markwe, thanks for the tip! I didn't know you could do that.
