The O.C. - "The Metamorphosis" - 11/16/06

I think the OC we all loved is back, y'all. That was really a great episode.

When Summer picked up Seth at the airport and was all rockin her bod, and "Hello Sunshine" played....lol..Remember, that's the song that played when she turned Seth into a man....

I'm lovin Taylor and Ryan...

Sandy trying to get up the nerve to ask Spitzer out on a man-date was classic.

Julie "Urban Cougar" Cooper-Nichol-Roberts was so great. That's the Juju we loves.

I hope FOX sticks with this show...they gotta give it some time to get its audience back.

Summer [picking up a celeb magazine] "I haven't even been keeping up with how much blow Lindsey Lohan is doing!"

I only watched the show on and off the last few season, mostly off being it moved away from trashy fun and moved into poorly acted angst.. Seems the show is back to being just trashy fun again.. I'll keep watching..

Next week even looks like more fun and trashy

gotta love the new taylor/ryan dynamic. God damn taylor is just rockin.

Loved the Julie/daughter meeting each other at the club, neither could say anything, because...well, they we're both in the wrong.

Sandy and the other guy with the guys night out..Sandy is so desparate for a friend!

So right there with you on all counts.

More Ryan and Taylor...I say bring it, baby!

Show definitely seems to be back on the right track again.

I think FOX has gotta order more than 16 episodes. Their new fall season has been a disaster and they can't afford to cancel anymore shows.

How long until Christmakha?!!

Lovin' it!

Even if this is our last, I'll be content in the fact that I can sit through 2 bleh, seasons to get to this again. Unlike some other shows...Felicity...

That's been my thinking as well. FOX knows it's probably getting back to S1 quality, and they gotta know nothing will compete with CSI and Grey's in that time slot...well, save for Idol. So with Idol as a lead in to the OC...,maybe it's got a chance to get its audience back.

I liked this episode as well. The male bonding on the golf course with the cell phone was good for 2 laughs. Ryan needs to get over Marisa ASAP and get on Taylor STAT!

I don't know how much longer they can sustain all the flights between Summer and Seth to keep their relationship going. Eventually Summer's going to have to move home for some reason. Maybe they'll just write her out of the show and cast another Newport hottie for Seth...
