11/02/06 - My Name is Earl - Made A Lady Think I Was God

Summary:

When Joy needs a restraining order lifted in order to improve her image for an upcoming trial, Earl decides to confront number 12 on his list - "Made a Lady Think I was God." In a mean-spirited attempt to have the manager of their trailer park, Millie Banks, stop harassing them, Earl disguises himself as the voice of God and fools Millie into obeying his absurd commands. As Earl tries to erase Millie off his list, he finds that the once shrewd trailer park manager is gone and has transformed for the better.

I thought this was the best episode of the season.

Roseanne was good and Catalina's stories about her siblings were hilarious

I feel so stupid for asking, but I am drawing a blank. What was the name of the song at the end of the show?

"Southern Cross" by Crosby, Stills, and Nash.

I agree that this was the strongest episode of the season. I attribute it to the gang being together. It's just fun to watch Randy and Earl bounce off of Joy and Crabman.

Any episode that makes me actually laugh at Rosanne has to be an excellent, excellent episode.

We also need an episode of Catalina just telling stories and anecdotes.

while either "jumping" or playing pool...

Really liked this episode as well. Laughed at the tension between Earl and Randy over wanting to say they loved each other throughout the show.

"I don't know who you're talking about, but I like the idea of two sandwiches arguing."

That whole exchange was great. I think they're finally getting back on track the past two episodes after a shaky start this season. The only inconsistent part was that Earl normally would've put that little orphan girl on his list as soon as he screwed up her party by telling Roseanne the truth.

Has he done something like that in the past?

I also think that this was the best episode of the season so far.
