Sandy West-former drummer of The Runaways passed away tonight 10/21/06
Joan Jett announced it after her first song of the set tonight at the Cleveland Agora that her friend and former drummer for the Runaways passed away. She had been battling lung cancer and a brain tumor.

Oh, that's sad. I saw her in that Doc about The Runaways and she seemed like a cool person.
