Can someone please help identify a song?...

Here are some lyrics from the song:

"Is this love that I'm feeling?, Is this love that's been keeping me up all night?....."

Does anyone know the name of the song or the group?

I've thoroughly researched this song in Yahoo with no luck. It's an 80's song/group. I thought it might be .38 Special, but it's not. It's not by Mr. Mister or Whitesnake either. I've also check for this song in my "Billboard's Top 40 Hits" book and this song's not listed in the book. I'm thinking this might be a "one hit wonder."

If anyone can help, I would really appreciate it.

Yeah, that would be the band Survivor. The song is called "Is This Love", was a top 10 hit in 1987, and was originally on their album When Seconds Count. You should also be able to find it on any of thier "hits" compilations, too.

I can see why you might have thought .38 Special, as Survivor's Jim Peterik, co-wrote more than a few of .38's hits including "Rocking Into The Night", "Hold On Loosely" and "Caught Up In You".

Rocketdog2000:

That's it! Thank you very much. I'm especially impressed you posted the answer so quickly. I did a Yahoo search under the words of the song I posted above, and never once got a reference for Survivor. Thx again!
