Help me - name of a prank show from a few years ago
I can't think of what this show was called. It was a short-lived prank show in the mold of Scare Tactics, Jamie Kennedy Experiment. It had an annoying little twerp of a host who did obnoxious intros for each clip. I want to say it was on network television, but I'm not 100% sure.
Any help?

There was one with Michael Ian Black of Ed, Celebrity Poker Showdown and VH1's I Love the ____.
SPY TV was the name, I think.

That reminded me of a skit I saw on either MadTV or SNL or something like that called "You've Been Had!" with a skit like some guy going to jail for 20 years then after that, they tell him it was all a joke.
