As is always the case with Married With Children season box sets, I will find a way to get my hands on this baby on or after release day, I own them all so this is a must own for me!

Is this the season where the annoying little kid joined the family? I remember hating a few of those episodes, but I'll be picking this up anyway, since the good always outweighs the bad with this show.

The syndicated episodes was likely a one-time blunder. I wouldn't worry about it.
But, music could be replaced still.. here's what we have in Season 6 according the www.bundyology.com.
"If I Could See Me Now" (0607)
Music: "Sharp Dressed Man" by ZZ Top; as an inside joke, Al sings the "Facts of Life" theme song.
"Kelly Does Hollywood (Part 1)" (0609)
Music: "Thus Spoke Zarathustra" (Op. 30) by Richard Strauss. Al recites the lyrics of the song "Duke of Earl".
"I Who Have Nothing" (0613)
Music: "Blue Velvet" by Bobby Vinton, "Rock Around the Clock" by Bill Haley.
"Psychic Avengers" (0618)
Music: Can't Turn You Loose" by Otis Redding
"Dinner with Anthrax" (0619)
Music: "In My World" by Anthrax (live), "Bad to the Bone" by George Thorogood and the Destroyers.
"England Show (Part 2)" (0625)
Music: "I'm Too Sexy" by Right Said Fred.
"England Show (Part 3)" (0626)
Music: "Bad to the Bone" by George Thorogood and the Destroyers.

Yup, sure did. Finished disc one last night. Definitely the uncut episodes. Not much for extras, but some truly funny episodes. Worth picking up for any fan of the series, as it was stated earlier, this is the last of their "Golden Years".

yea picked it up, havn't had time to watch it yet but can't wait to start. its sad sony owns married with children and a lot of other great titles cause they cram everything on 3 dual layer discs and they changed the main theme.
only the s1 set had the orginal "love & marriage" theme song.
s4 was awful cause of some syn. eps. i don't know why it takes so long to release the sets either they don't have any bonus features so whats the hold up!
s1 was the best set maid for the series.
there are some good eps on in season 6 and i dont really care if there isn't any bonus features. most bonus features are crap on some sets anyway.

Yeah, I don't really care too much for the special features ( there are some good ones though , espically about history, which I like) but the really important thing is for all the shows to be intact and running properly. I will be getting this shortly.

From SitcomsOnline's review:
According to the review, all the episodes run ~22:58-23:13

The only real “edit” that I noticed (and it is a minor issue) is that the closing credits are slightly different on the episode “Rites of Passage.” Originally, as well as in syndication, you see a clown sitting on the couch playing with a teddy bear and knife. However, since the closing credits had to be completely redone for the DVDs (in order to get rid of the credit for the original theme song--yes, it is pretty pathetic that they go through effort to remove that reference but were unable to get unedited episodes in the season four set), the closing credits just have a still picture of the clown instead. It isn't a big deal, however.
