Fox DVD Rebate: 10/3/06 - 4/30/07

I found this form with the purchase of X-Men: 3. There is a form for a FOX DVD Rebate: Buy two DVDs, get $5 in-mail; buy 3 DVDs, get $10; buy 5 DVDs, get $20.

The titles are:
The Devil Wears Prada
Garfield: A Talke ot Two Kitties
Ice Age: The Meltdown
James Bond Collection: Volumes 1 & 2
John Tucker Must Die
Little Miss Sunshine
My Super Ex-Girlfriend
The Omen (2006)
The Omen Collector's Set
Point Break: Pure Adrenaline Edition
Thank You For Smoking
X-Men: The Last Stand (Either Edition)

For X-Men, the proof-of-purchase is in the lower left-hand corner of the Scenes Selection insert.

I hope James Bond volumes 3 & 4 are part of the deal.

Thanks for posting...I threw away my receipt (I assume they want those too)...so I dug it out of the trash once I read your thread.

Thanks again

Do the Bond collections count as a single dvd for the purposes of the rebate?

No, each DVD or DVD set is counted separately.

Because it doesn't end until April 2007, do you think there's a chance that more titles will be added to the rebate later down the road?

I'm sure...they had several different forms for the Christmas 2005 Rebate. The first didn't have Mr. and Mrs. Smith, etc. I'll be getting X-Men, TYFS, and some others. It worked well last time.

Fox Rebates--includes James Bond 1+2, Xmen 3, Ice Age 2, Little Miss Sunsh, up to $20

Searched and did not see a thread on this. Found this form inside bf purchase of Xmen 3. Anyway, I was surprised to see the first 2 James Bond sets(but not 3 + 4), so if you bought the 2 sets recently, crack em open, there should be a rebate form inside, and you should get $5 back, plus maybe more, if you end up buying some of the others.

$5 Rebate on purchase of 2
$10 rebate on 3
$20 rebate on 5

Requires original form(inside package), proof of purchase tabs(on xmen 3 it was on insert inside package), and original receipt(s), dated between 10-3-06 and 4-30-2007

Eligible titles:

Thank You for Smoking
John Tucker Must Die
My Super Ex-Girlfriend
Little Miss Sunshine
Devil Wears Prada
X-Men 3(regular and collectors edition)
James Bond 1 + 2
Point Break(Pure Adrenaline Edition)
The Omen(2006 theatrical version)
Omen Box Set(all 5 films--ugh)
Ice Age: The Meltdown
Garfield: A Tail of Two Kitties

Rebate form is in Ice Age 2 as well . . . the titles are not quite as good as last year (but then last year I had bought what I needed in no time flat, and then completely forgot to send the damn thing in . . . I try to avoid Mail In Rebates.)

The rebate form in John Tucker Must Die had the following additional titles included:

Home Alone Family Fun Edition
Ice Age 1 (original, non-super cool edition is pictured)
Miracle on 34th street special edition
Robots

There weren't any rebate forms included in either of the James Bond Sets when I bought them. The titles change and more are included as they are released, so I would bet that James Bond vols. 3 and 4 will be included once released.

I used advance search, title search and fox rebate and came up with this previous thread on the topic:

Is there a form online?

I purchased:

X-Men 3 Collector's Edition
James Bond Ultimate Volume 1
James Bond Ultimate Volume 2

None had a rebate form.

Do you happen to know if this rebate would apply if you buy on line though a third-party seller? I mean you'd still have a receipt

Just to inform that the Home Alone Family Fun Edition DOES contain the rebate form. However, the Miracle on 34th St. se DOES NOT. Bought them today at Circuit City.

What do others use as the receipt for the rebate when you get something from DDD? Unfortunately I threw out the packing slip I got with the Bond set - got Home Alone today and realize I could now do the rebate. Think they'll take a printout of the email from DDD that says it shipped and has the price?

You might want to call/email DDD and see if they can send you a copy of the packing slip receipt.

Got mine from the Point Break: Pure Adrenaline Edition dvd...was going to scan the rebate form and post it, but form states "original Mail-In Certificate must accompany request and may not be reproduced". If anyone still wishes a scan, let me know...

I've made copies of the email or made copies at the ddd website and was honored by warner bros.
