Anyone with experience ordering/returning with Wherehouse.com? Weird Refund
I placed an order with them for sailor moon the movies boxset from 2001. They ended up shipping me the newer crappier boxset from 2004 that they were selling for cheaper. I emailed them about the error and asked how I would go about returning or exchanging it. All I got in response was
We are writing to inform you that the following action was
taken on your recent order #xxxxxx.
REFUNDING:
The following item was refunded to you:
Sailor Moon: The Movies - The Dream Set [3 Discs]
Used DVD
You Wherehouse account was credited with the amount of $38.50.
It makes no mention of actually returning the dvd. What should I do?

They gave you wherehouse.com credit for the DVD. If you want a cash refund, you have to ship the box back to them - they usually give insructions in the e-mail.
