Just pushed the button on one. Looks like I might've also gotten the last one since it doesn't show any more being available from Amazon. The email confirmation said the following:
"Shipping estimate for these items: November 8, 2006
Delivery estimate: November 11, 2006 - November 13, 2006"

I had to end up going the ebay route. I got mine about two weeks ago, and i'm loving it! I couldnt really find it anywhere else at a decent price. Foofighters is selling a copy in the exchange forum though, a tad lower then I got mine for from Ebay, so you might want to go pick his up.

Just to be an ass-- according to my dvdprofiler records, I picked this up at amazon, May of 2003, for $13.84 shipped. Along with Rebecca, Notorious and a couple of other criterions for the same price. Probably some sort of bundle at the time.
