If I were you, I'd get GRAW for sure. It's easily the best out of the three games you listed; at least, in my opinion.
GUN: I had a lot of fun with it, and it has pretty good replay value for a single player game. It's very short, so it's more of a rental. I got 100% pretty easily. Don't buy this one.
Battle for Middle Earth II: It's decent. If you like RTS games, you should really like it.
GRAW: Easily one of the top three games for the console. Both its single player campaign and it's online multiplayer are GREAT. It also has a very active online community. It's just hard to find a game sometimes.

Honestly i would hold off on any and pick up the new Lego star Wars or chill for Gears of War, Call of Duty 3, or something else when the big fall titles hit (like Mass Effect). Personally i was not a fan of GRAW too much and sold it off pretty quickly. It also looks like you have games to easily keep you busy until some bigger titles hit.

I already have Lego Star Wars II on pre-order for Playstation 2. And I have saved money for Gears of War & Call of Duty 3 from my weekly payment. Tho I have no clue what Mass Effect is? And I got GRAW already, and my Grandma picked up LOTR:BFME II for me
My whole family is in on this Birthday! I got some money from my aunts & uncles, and cousins, and like I said my sister. My family is the best tho I always knew that. And can you download the downloadable content for Star Wars Battlefront II on the Xbox 360?
