Prison Break Target / BB bonus disc fiasco replacement information
OK as many know, someone somewhere screwed up and instead of Target getting their exclusive "Behind the Walls" documentary disc, seemingly all Target stores apparently got the Best Buy "Mobisodes" exclusive bonus disc instead. This has happened across the country, as evidenced by the thread in the bargains forum.
The phone # given to me by my local Target is 1-800-440-0680. I called about 15 minutes ago, and after being put on hold for a couple minutes was told that the complaint calls are flooding in, and they're still trying to track down the source of the problem and a solution. They hope to call me back by the end of the day to give me more information. I'll pass along any more info as I get it.
If anyone gets any further information, or if you actually got the correct bonus disc at Target, please share. Please don't clutter up the thread with things like "I got the wrong disc also." We already know it was a widespread error, and messages like that will only make it harder for people to find relevant information in the thread.
Thanks!

Target called and gave me a number for Fox studio:
1-888-223-2369
They took my name and information, verified (several times) that yes, I bought the set from Target. They said a replacement disc would be sent out, but they didn't know what the time frame was.

Just called the FOX number. They said there was a replacement plan, but since the set was so new, it'd take a week or two to ship it out and if I didn't get it two fridays from now, to call back.

And the nice thing is that after bitching about the annoyance of having different bonus discs depending on where you buy your set, we get both of them for one price!

wow, Target's second Bonus disc screwup in as many weeks. At least this one has gone much smoother than the Beavis disaster from last week, and at least you got a bonus at all, even if it's the wrong one...

I called and gave them my information. They too asked me more than once if I had purchased it from Target.

Thsi is great! Thanks, MovieExchange! I called today and the girl answered "Is this about "Prison Break"? Name, address, telephone number, and the aforementioned Target purchase question. Should be shipped out soon.
And to think I was on the fence about which set/bonus disc to get! Now I'll have both.

The Target bonus disc DOES exist after all. I just had mine delivered from DHL. Much faster than I expected (I was told it would be a couple weeks when I called Thursday morning).
I haven't watched the disc yet, but I scanned through it - it contains the 44 minute "Behind the Walls" recap episode/featurette, 9 minutes of coverage of the wrap party (Including cast interviews), and a 3 minute trailer for the new show Vanished, premiering after Prison Break Monday. There's no menu (the recap episode starts automatically after the FOX legal screens), but there's a chapter stop between each feature.

I received mine today too. The amazing thing is that I called yesterday afternoon. I'm impressed.

Mine was placed between the glass door and the front door. It was there when I got home about an hour ago.

Fox must be spending a lot of money on delivery...especially since it seems they are using 24 hour delivery....
I called on Monday at about 12:30pm EST.
DHL delivered on Tuesday (shipped from CA, delivered to PA) at 10:00AM EST.
