I recently purchased a used copy of Criterion 'Last Tempation of Chris", but there is no the booklet.

I assume there should be one. Criterion always has excellent essay on the booklet.

Can someone let me knwo where I can get a replacement copy of the booklet?

You can always e-mail Criterion to see if they'll replace it - they're a pretty accommodating to their customers. Try Jon Mulvaney, he's more or less their ombudsman.
