Regarding Amazon orders when a dvd is cancelled.
Say you've ordered V For Vendetta (2disc) for $19.99 & A Fish Called Wanda SE (both Aug. 1 releases) & one of them (Wanda) is cancelled. Now let's say you preordered using SSS & now your one disc order is under $25. What does Amazon do: 1)Add regular shipping, let you keep SSS or something entirely different.

I think it just depends, because I have had it two ways. 1. they split the order for me and sent the dvd and not the book. 2. My order just sat until I finally gave up and cancelled it.
If your getting charged the shipping and ordering something else in a new order, just combine them.
Emailing and complaining even works to speed things up. They usually give you the "free" speech, but normally upgrade free of charge.
