Help with the name of a movie
I'm looking for the name of the movie, and DVD, about a California kid, who is a surfer and rollerblader. He has to move to distant family members for some reason in the middle of the country somewhere, and the kid of the family he moves in with is a guy with wild red long hair, maybe his name is wiley or riley or something. There's a clique or gang type confrontation and they have a rollerblade race. Can anyone help?

Pretty good movie with a great race scene at the end. I think it was Seth Green's first semi-big "adult" role. I remember seeing him in Can't Buy Me Love as a little kid and then not seeing him again until this movie.
I know the main guy did a soap opera after this movie but I never saw him in anything else. The older brother was in Next Karate Kid and played Johnny Cage in Mortal Kombat Annihilation.
Jack Black was one of the bullies who didn't like the new kid. Which reminds me that Philip Seymour Hoffman played a bully in My Boyfriend's Back. The connection is that now neither one would be considered the tough guy type.
Any other actors that played tough guys when they were younger but now are almost complete opposites?

Damn that sucks, its not released on DVD yet? I thought that the Wiley guy may have been Seth Green. I'll be waiting for this one to be released, if it every will.
