Blu-Ray ads on main DVDTALK page?

What's up with those? I've been seeing them for quite a while now. Is DDD paying for them or is BD?

It'd be so much easier to answer if I didn't have Firefox blocking ads. Oh, well.

Which takes you to: http://www.deepdiscountdvd.com/format.cfm?classID=2

I don't see anything here to lead me to believe it is anything than what's evident: DDD highlighting their Blu-ray options.

The better question is: What difference does it make?

Seems like this thread http://forum.dvdtalk.com/showthread.php?t=463281 might be the best place for the question. That way the forum doesn't get cluttered with more useless threads that don't contribute anything to "HDTalk". Just an observation.

Obviously I didn't think it was useless.
