According to the CAG thread, some prices are not coming up $8.96 just yet as the sale does not officially start until 7/2.

Peep is correct however some folks will get stores to call and check pricing.

This is all YMMV.

According to the 98+ page thread at CAG, some stores have been pulling titles and putting into storage (and then returning them to the floor for the sale) so actual customers can get a decent shot at some hot titles when the sale starts.

I just got back from CC and they didn't have any of those games out on shelves, even though I saw many of them just last week. It looks like they are withholding them until next week.
