I see that one of my more anticipated film's Johnnie To's "Election 2" is now listed as available with English subs via a Singapore DVD release. Anyone know when the HK DVD is slated to arrive (was there any English-subbed Mainland release?)? Also, I'm uncertain on the specs for this (anamorphic??, also language lists Mandarin in the description, might the Singapore release be censored in any way?, etc.). I haven't yet researched if there is any possible difference between the HK and Mainland cuts (don't even know if there were two separate cuts). So I'm just posting to let you know and see if anyone has further details, proceed with caution and do some research before buying. Anyway, here is the link:
