So, with the DDD 20% off sale in full swing, I've dusted off my spreadsheet to decide what to order. From the looks of things, the following DVDs never got released:

I know that some of them -- like the Mad Max Superbit and Erik the Viking -- were definitely cancelled. Anyone own (or know of a place that stocks) and of the others. I don't want to blow them off my list if they actually exist.

It didn't look like there were any extras, other than 20 min of concession stand ads. I saw it on PBS and enjoyed it, but I'd only buy it if it got a lot cheaper.
