Anyone Help with Name of This Film.- Or this Short.?

I think it's a Made for TV film, could be wrong.
remember watching it in early 90's
Takes place in small town/farm location
Family consists of Dad/mom- and Step Kids- Boy and Girl same age, late teens
The Boy and Girl start getting romantic- There's a crazy housekeeper, who if i remember right is messing up small duties, and can't read- The Kids go to tell on her, but housekeeper is aware of their actions, and threatens to tell the parents.
So basically blackmailing the kids.
Parents find out about their children- and they come clean about themselves, and housekeeper- who in turns goes on crazy rampage--
