A problem w/ DVDPlanet that needs to be addressed!

First off I want to say that I really like DigitalEyes' (now dvdplanet) web-shop, and I make most of my online dvd purchases from them.

And this problem really isn't that big a deal, but it's something that they seem to always do, and it drives me up the wall.

They need to tell whoever they have opening up their shipment boxes not to cut so deep! I swear, almost every dvd I get from them has a razor slash accross the spine or cover - the annoying thing is that it rarely happens to regular dvd packages that I can easily replace - but it almost always happens to the box-sets that have covers I cannot replace myself.

I'm sure they'd replace these it if asked, but it's just a pain to ship back and wait to get it back and all that crap, when they just need to tell their employees to not go Psycho with their box-cutters.

Out of the 10 or so box-sets I've gotten from them, 8 of them have damaged covers due to this - some worse than others.

I'm not asking for replacements - I'm just asking if they can open their shipments a little more carefully.

Thank you.
