Not sure what you people expect, $24.99 is really good for a Criterion release. No way it's gonna be any less at this point.

Thanks for reminding me about this release. I just added it to my DDD wishlist and I'll wait for the expected summer 20% off sale. $25.50 if that actually happens. I'm in no rush to get it and by getting it during that sale, it is more likely to get under the wife-dar even if DVD Planet is guaranteed comparable right now.

It was the normal price there (!!!!!)--just had it on the regular sticker when I walked in one day after it was released...so I imagine it's very possible it'd not be shown in the ad.
Still crossing my fingers! (cheers on the advanced advanced knowledge though )

It appears CC and BB will have it at normal price...we'll see though. I may just DVDplanet it....maybe DDD will drop on release date.

It will not be featured in the Best Buy ad next week, but online it is on sale for $27.99. I picked it up today in-store for $28.99 (the regular price). I am not sure if the price will drop to $27.99 in-store on Tuesday or not.
